Rick Greenfield

Rick Greenfield joins The Scott Veerkamp Team as a partner. Rick first became an agent only four days after his 18th birthday and then became a broker when he was 19. Rick brings years of marketing expertise and prides himself in micro-marketing (developing individual home marketing plans) as well as macro-marketing (company promotions and advertising). Rick is a member of Indian Creek Christian Church and is a third (of four) generation to live in Beech Grove. No one knows Beech Grove like Rick. Ray Hollenbaugh

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Ray graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and worked for the Indianapolis Water Company for 26 years, his last position as Supervisor of the Meter Reading Department. In 1992 Ray represented the Indianapolis Water Company in the United Way Campaign as a Loaned Executive. In 1999 Ray retired and acquired his Real Estate License bringing his business expertise to his new career. Two years later he went on to get his Brokers License and Ray is a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute. Ray is active in his church at Southside Baptist and a Veteran of the Vietnam War. Ray has been married to Tamra for 36 years, has two children and resides in Franklin Township. He loves to play golf and is a sports enthusiast. Tamra Hollenbaugh

Tamra, a life long resident of south side Indianapolis, graduated from Beech Grove High School. Tamra worked for Franklin Township Schools Corporation for 17 years, her last position as the Assistant to the Computer Coordinator. Her computer skills and desire to teach new ideas to students and teachers were enhanced in this learning environment. For five years Tamra worked at Gerdt and Ashley Furniture Stores as a interior designer polishing her people skills in a sales environment. Tamra then acquired her Real Estate License in 2007 to join her husband Ray in real estate working with sellers and buyers, and staging homes. Her sells background and smoothing her husband’s ruff edges is a plus with The Hollenbaugh Team. Tamra and Ray have been married for 36 years, have two children and reside in Franklin Township. Tamra also is a Sunday School teacher at Southside Baptist Church.
